Our Approach

At KBA we are laser-focused on our customers. So much so, that our stated mission — to build long-term relationships that equate to total customer satisfaction — is all about depth and quality of service rather than pushing sales for the sake of sales. Yes, we’re a thriving company often recognized for our growth. But we’re enjoying sustained success because we have happy customers who stick with us as they grow, change and expand. It’s not unusual — in fact, it’s normal — for our customers to think of us as a member of their team, and we certainly vow to treat them not only as team players but as family.

How We’re Different

KBA was created to offer the San Francisco Bay Area an alternative to the national dealer approach. When we began over a decade ago we were determined to create a new paradigm for the equipment service and printing and copier industry. We were certain — and still are — that we could offer an experience to customers much better than a lackluster, business-as-usual approach. We understand that today’s busy office environment requires powerful, versatile and well-managed production from office printing and copier workstations. Just as important: we know they need consistent support and reliable, trusted and timely access to support professionals who can answer their questions and help solve their problems. That’s where KBA steps in and makes the difference.

What We Do

KBA Docusys is the leading provider of business imaging technology, enterprise content security and equipment service in the region. Our experts offer hands-on support throughout the KBA experience with sales or leasing, maintenance, upgrading, and problem-solving. We proudly support elite brands — Canon, Kyocera and HP — all known for leading-edge technology, longevity and industry excellence. The key to our approach is seamlessness. KBA’s suite of proprietary software solutions — combined with unparalleled customer service offered on and off-site — assures that customers can reach the peak productivity and peace of mind needed in today’s competitive office environment.
