We are excited to announce the latest DocuFlow Pro Plus release

What was previously thought of as impossible, is now a reality. Scanning directly to Amazon Web Services directly from MFD is now possible with DocuFlow Pro Plus. Now users are able to take full advantage of the World’s Leading Cloud Storage Provider. This applies to both AWS S3 and AWS GovCloud accounts. This new capability enables system administrators to select the Amazon cloud destination of their choice based on DocuFlow’s pre-defined parameters.

New Document Sharing Via Contact Lists

This new release also allows the ability to share scans and documents more easily with your MS Exchange contact list. Once an admin sets up the new rules within MS Exchange, your contacts can be sent to DocuFlow Pro Plus. This enables you to directly search through your contact list at the DocuFlow terminal for faster and easier sharing of documents.

New workflows with ScannerVision for HP

ScannerVision enables you to automate your workflows by easily capturing, processing, and storing a wide range of scanned documents from simple texts, PDFs, to QR codes. In addition, it includes a variety of specialized templates to help you define how these scans should be processed and shared. Once limited to only Kyocera, ScannerVision is now available with HP MFDs in the DocuFlow Pro Plus portfolio.

Simple Printing with AirPrint

No need for drivers – All you need is your iPhone when it’s time to print — just open the document and select print from the iPhone. The desired document will be sent to the printer from the DocuFlow Pro Plus print server, without you needing to install either the printer or any special drivers for it. As an Apple singularity concept, it allows you to use the native print driver in your iPhone to send any files to the selected MFD.
